lol, I tend to do massive batch updates, where I update them ALL. Even if some of the icons remain the same, everything still comes down and is re-uploaded. This time, thought, I've plans to take down just the xmas ones and the fwe I don't use and upload some of the icons I've saved since (LIKE THE TOWEL ONES!)
