I knew they'd leave out the stuff they did, but I did hope they'd at least mention some of it a bit more detailed. People who haven't read the book don't know anything about Fred and George trying to get money for their joke shop and the whole giant problem (though I can see them leaving that out of the next movie, too, so it might not be that bad) and I think not bringing in the house elves was part of why Hermione was so different in this movie. Most of her Hermioneness in that book comes from that storyline.

And don't let me get started on the pink dress. ;)

Even though I expected those cuts, because they are actually the ones that made sense, I would have liked at least a tiny mentioning of a few of them in a throw away line or something.

I didn't squee as much as I expected me to do. I did quite a few times, though. And I might get over all that I missed at second viewing and like it more then. I am linking PoA more and more everytime I see it.
