Have returned from character building exercise sore and traumatized. I "borrow" House from a friend in America called Bit Torrent. It's not been on for the past couple of weeks so I've not missed it.

The weather was actually quite good, especially yesterday and Wednesday, when we were climbing trees and running across rope bridges like some demented version of The Crystal Maze.

Anyway, I'm going to eat something and try to repress the last week.
